How I Found Keto & Intermittent Fasting

2020 was a year of reflection on health for most people. I just so happened to start changing my dieting and eating habits thanks to a few different YouTube channels like FlavCity and Thomas Delaurer. These channels taught me about how to really read ingredient labels and what foods are minimally processed and how to avoid heavily processed ones. Thomas’s channel also is a great resource for combining Keto & Intermittent Fasting.
